We have prepared this Privacy Policy (version 01.10.2019-111173335) in order to explain to you, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (DSG), what information we collect, how we use data, and what options you have as a visitor to this website.

Unfortunately, it is in the nature of the subject that these explanations sound very technical. However, when preparing them, we have made every effort to describe the most important matters as simply and clearly as possible.

10. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

11. Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content-related design or modification of the legal relationship (master data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data relating to the use of our websites (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.

The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

12. IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide the website operator with other services related to website use and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

13. Browser Plugin

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube website operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. In doing so, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
